  • ​​International Livestock Machinery Sales Manager​​

    Job Description:

    1. Develop detailed and targeted marketing plans for Zhengda Electromechanical's core livestock machinery products in different overseas markets.

    2. Guided by the company's annual overseas sales targets, rationally break down sales tasks into quarterly and monthly targets and ensure effective implementation to achieve or even exceed target sales performance.

    3. Closely monitor overseas livestock machinery market trends, competitor situations, and changes in local policies and regulations. Flexibly formulate and adjust sales strategies based on the company's product advantages.

    4. Provide professional livestock machinery technical consulting services to overseas customers.

    5. Maintain track of market trends, new technology developments, policy and regulatory adjustments, and competitor product and marketing strategies in the overseas livestock machinery industry.

    6. Participate in overseas business negotiations, representing the company in communications and negotiations with overseas customers and partners to ensure that the terms of business cooperation are in line with the interests of both parties and local business rules.

    Job Requirements:

    1. Full-time undergraduate or higher (graduated from a second-tier university or higher), preferably in agricultural engineering, mechanical engineering, international trade, marketing, or other related fields;

    2. Five or more years of overseas livestock machinery sales experience, or five or more years of engineering/technical work experience (one or more is sufficient);

    3. In-depth knowledge of livestock machinery products, with a comprehensive and in-depth understanding of at least one product category, such as feed processing machinery and breeding equipment;

    4. Proficient in business negotiation skills and overseas sales processes, able to communicate efficiently and fluently with overseas clients, accurately grasp client needs, provide professional and reasonable product solutions, and facilitate transactions;

    5. Proficient in at least one foreign language (e.g., English, Vietnamese, Russian, Arabic, etc.);

    6. Ability to adapt to long-term business trips and possess good physical fitness and environmental adaptability.

  • Domestic Livestock Machinery Sales Manager

    Job Responsibilities:
    1. Deeply explore the potential of the livestock machinery market, develop detailed regional market expansion plans for Zhengda Electromechanical's core products, and actively develop new customer resources.

    2. Based on the company's annual sales targets, rationally break down sales targets into quarterly and monthly targets and effectively execute them to ensure on-time or exceeded sales targets.

    3. Provide customers with professional livestock machinery technical consulting services, promptly respond to customer after-sales needs, coordinate and resolve product failures and other issues encountered by customers, and enhance customer satisfaction.

    4. Maintain a close eye on market trends, changes in policies and regulations, and competitor products and marketing strategies in the livestock machinery industry. Communicate and collaborate with the company's internal technical support center, product R&D center, and other departments to promote continuous product optimization and upgrades to better meet market demand.

    Job Requirements:

    1. Full-time undergraduate or above (graduated from a second-tier university or above), preferably in agricultural engineering, mechanical design and manufacturing, automation, marketing, or other related fields.

    2. Five or more years of domestic livestock machinery sales experience, or five or more years of engineering/technical work experience (one of these is sufficient).

    3. Proficient in livestock machinery product knowledge, with in-depth knowledge of at least one product category, such as feed processing machinery and breeding equipment.

    4. Excellent business negotiation and sales skills.

    5. Strong market development and innovation capabilities.

    6. Ability to adapt to long-term overseas office deployments, with good physical fitness and adaptability to the environment.
