CP-GSI

CP-GSI is a joint venture between CP Group and AGCO Group. Integrating technology of AP, Cumberland, TECNO, and GSI. CP-GSI focuses on the global swine, chicken, and layer breeding enterprises tailored to sophisticated, economic equipment and overall solutions. CP-GSI is located in Cixi's national modern agricultural industrial park, covering an area of 200 acres, and was officially completed in August 2020.

Using the integrated intelligent ERP system of SAP S/4HANA and the graphic management software of CREO and Windchill, combining digital management and flexible intelligent product lines, CP-GSI becomes a modern breeding equipment industrial base with global scale, complete product category, advanced processing equipment, and technology, and advanced product technology source. CP-GSI is a breeding equipment base and provides high-quality and advanced technology products for Shanghai Zhengcheng EPC projects.

Six core processes

CP-GSI integrates six core processes of sheet metal, welding, roll forming, injection molding, extrusion, and intelligent assembly, with a laser blanking line, welding robot line, injection molding line, roll forming line, and developed 12 custom intelligent assembly lines to ensure the accuracy of product processing and assembly.

Global Intelligent Manufacturing Base

Built according to Industry 4.0 standards, the factory is divided into two phases, with an investment of 330 million yuan in the first phase, a production workshop of 45,000 square meters, and an annual production capacity of 1 billion yuan, making it one of the world's advanced intelligent manufacturing bases for agricultural and animal husbandry equipment.
