The national standard "GB/T 42090-2022 Technical Specification for Data Collection of Intelligent Feed Processing Plants" edited by Zhengda Investment Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Zhengda Group, has been officially released by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology on December 30, 2022, after research, compilation, and expert group review. It will be officially implemented from July 1, 2023.

This national standard is led by Shao Laimin, a member of the National Feed Machinery Standardization Committee, Senior Vice Chairman of China Agricultural and Animal Husbandry Food Enterprise of Zhengda Group, and Chief Construction Officer of Zhengda Investment Co., Ltd. Jiang Zuokui and Guo You from the Feed Engineering Department of Zhengda Investment Co., Ltd., and Zhao Weibo from the Intelligent Manufacturing R&D Center of China Agricultural and Animal Husbandry Food Enterprise participated in the compilation; At the same time, the national standard "GB/T 42088-2022 Guidelines for Intelligent Technology of Feed Processing Plants" co authored by the above leaders and experts was released in the same batch.

Currently, the intelligence of China's feed industry has entered a new stage of rapid development. However, there are no standards for the two most fundamental parts of intelligence - data collection and intelligent planning, which greatly affects the in-depth development of intelligence in feed mills. GB/T 42090 specifies the network structure, functions, performance, data collection methods, transmission, data storage, application, and security technical requirements of the data collection system for intelligent feed mills, effectively unifying the standardization level of data collection and laying a good data foundation for the development of intelligent feed mills; GB/T 42088 provides a standard basis for the overall planning, design, commissioning, acceptance, maintenance, and evaluation of intelligent feed processing plants.

The release and implementation of two national standards have promoted the healthy development of feed mills in the fields of IoT, big data, and intelligent control technology, filled the gap in national standards in this field, improved the standard system of the national feed machinery industry, and further enhanced Zhengda's discourse power and soft power in the Chinese feed machinery industry.
