The live pigs are fed into the lifting cage of the carbon dioxide system through an automatic driving device, and the cage is lowered to a depth with high carbon dioxide concentration to ensure that the pigs lose consciousness and achieve the final stunning effect. This stunning method has very little stress on pigs, and animal welfare has been greatly improved.
