Principle:The tower plate blades, like fixed windmill blades, create rotational and centrifugal motion as the gas flows through. The absorbent liquid is evenly distributed to each blade via a central blind plate, forming a thin liquid layer. This layer interacts with the rotating upward gas flow, creating a centrifugal effect that sprays the liquid into fine droplets. These droplets are flung towards the tower wall, then collect in a liquid trough under gravity and flow to the next tower plate's blind plate area via downcomers. The gas to be treated enters from the bottom of the tower with certain wind pressure and speed and exits from the top. The absorbent liquid enters from the top and exits from the bottom. Features:Simple structure, large air handling capacity, low pressure drop, high purification efficiency, and high flexibility
