China Chamber of Commerce for Import and Export of Machinery and Electrical Products, Russian delegation visits Zhengda Machinery and Electrical Enterprise for inspection and exchange

In order to promote economic and trade cooperation between China and Russia and assist enterprises in exploring overseas markets, the China Machinery and Electrical Products Import and Export Chamber of Commerce (hereinafter referred to as the "Chamber of Commerce") organized the China Russia Enterprise Procurement Matchmaking Negotiation Conference in Shanghai on October 26th. Zhengda Electromechanical Enterprise, as the vice president unit of the Electromechanical Chamber of Commerce, warmly received the Russian delegation.

  After more than a decade of development, the economic and trade cooperation between China and Russia has shown a good momentum of rapid growth. As of 2022, China has become Russia's largest source of imports and second largest exporter of goods, exporting machinery manufacturing products, chemical products, pharmaceutical products, and textiles to Russia every year. Among them, the proportion of machinery manufacturing products exceeds 50%, becoming an important part of practical cooperation between China and Russia.

The China Russia Business Fair was jointly led by Yang Zichen, representative of the Chamber of Commerce for Machinery and Electronics and project manager of the Eurasian Economic and Trade Cooperation Promotion Center, and Yekaterina Halimon, representative of the Federal Resource Center of the Russian Ministry of Economic Development. A total of 17 Russian companies participated, covering various import businesses such as poultry farming, food processing, microbial agents, and grain and oil.

On the afternoon of the 26th, the Russian delegation visited the Zhengda Electromechanical Enterprise History Exhibition Hall, Intelligent Manufacturing Laboratory, Product Exhibition Hall and other places. Li Wenjun, General Manager of Xinbaiqin, Zhang Hongfei, General Manager of Shanghai Zhengcheng, and Tong Xuemei, General Manager of Shanghai Zhengyi, together with their electromechanical technology team, introduced to the Russian representatives the industrial layout and technological innovation achievements of Zhengda Electromechanical Enterprise in pig farm equipment, chicken farm equipment, feed machinery, food processing, special vehicles, environmental water treatment, and IoT intelligent manufacturing.

During the inspection, Russian representatives showed a strong interest in the poultry equipment of Zhengda Electromechanical Enterprise. After careful and thorough research, they exclaimed, "Zhengda has a wide range of products and exquisite craftsmanship. If applied to Russian factories, it will definitely achieve unexpected results

In the subsequent discussion and exchange, Mr. Tong, on behalf of the Vice President of the Chamber of Commerce for Mechanical and Electrical Industry and the Chairman and CEO of Zhengda Electromechanical Enterprise, Shao Laimin, expressed a warm welcome and greetings to the Russian representative's arrival. She pointed out that Zhengda Electromechanical Enterprise is the vice president unit of the China Chamber of Commerce for Import and Export of Mechanical and Electrical Products, and has been actively participating in various activities of the chamber, with extensive business in the field of import and export of mechanical and electrical products. We look forward to using this negotiation to showcase our advanced solutions for aquaculture, feed, and food engineering to Russian representatives, seeking more opportunities for development and cooperation.

Mr. Zhang introduced that as a high-tech enterprise integrating research and development, production, sales, and service, Zhengda Electromechanical Enterprise is committed to providing high-quality agricultural and animal husbandry machinery equipment and technical support to global customers, and has achieved significant results in domestic and foreign markets. This Sino Russian negotiation is a great bridge, and we hope to use the platform of the Chamber of Commerce for Mechanical and Electrical Industry to jointly seize opportunities for digital and intelligent development with Russian enterprises, and explore new growth drivers and development paths.

Yekaterina Halimon spoke highly of the innovation ability and technical strength of Chia Tai's electromechanical enterprises in the field of agricultural machinery and equipment manufacturing. She said that China and Russia are important partners in the international cooperation of the "the Belt and Road", and the space for deepening cooperation between the two sides is very broad. As the initiator of this docking negotiation, the Russian government will further strengthen and closely cooperate with Chinese government departments and business associations in information exchange and cooperation, provide more cooperation opportunities for enterprises from both sides, and promote the economic and trade cooperation and exchanges between the two countries to a higher level.

Subsequently, representatives from both sides introduced the development history and business needs of their respective enterprises, and expressed their expectations for future cooperation between Chinese and Russian enterprises in the field of electromechanical engineering.

Also participating in the discussion were Liu Changwu, the head of the overseas Northeast Asia Russian speaking region of Zhengda Electromechanical Enterprise, Yuan Shuai, the technical director of Shanghai Zhengcheng, Lu Zhaoguo, the sales manager of feed equipment, Wu Xinchao, the sales manager of chicken farm equipment, Yuan Yue, Fang Jiamin, and others from Xinbaiqin Overseas Sales.
