
On November 9th, Zhengda Electromechanical Enterprise held a rationalization proposal commendation conference for August and September, summarizing the achievements of rationalization proposal implementation and commending employee representatives who actively recommended strategies. Shao Laimin, Chairman and CEO of Zhengda Electromechanical Enterprise, Lv Zibin, Vice Chairman, and leaders of various companies attended the meeting, and all employees of Zhengda Electromechanical Enterprise attended.
To fully mobilize the work enthusiasm of employees in Zhengda Electromechanical Enterprise, strengthen their sense of belonging, and enable them to participate in the company's production and operation activities with a sense of ownership. On August 1st of this year, Zhengda Electromechanical Enterprise issued the "Implementation Plan for Rationalization Suggestions", encouraging employees to be brave in discovering and thinking about problems, and proposing suggestions to solve problems, in order to build a bridge of positive communication between the enterprise and employees, establish a normalized communication mechanism, and promote the sustainable development of the company.
After the release of the plan, various companies actively responded and encouraged employees to speak out. Over the course of more than 60 days, 54 employees from 8 companies provided suggestions and recommendations from various aspects such as product innovation, process optimization, process integration, safety production, cost control, and cultural promotion, and put forward 72 suggestions. Each company conducts feasibility analysis on the suggestions put forward by employees on a monthly basis, clarifies responsible departments, communicates and provides feedback, and strives to make every suggestion "impactful".
This year's commendation is based on practicality, innovation, and progress. A total of 1 first prize, 2 second prizes, 3 third prizes, and 18 encouragement awards were awarded. Among them, Li Yuewei from Shanghai Zhengcheng Ministry of Commerce's "Proposal on Improving the Archive Management System and Establishing a Digital Archive" was awarded the "First Prize"; Wang Shengrong from Xinbaiqin Technology Department was awarded the "Second Prize" for his "Suggestions on Improving the Welding Process of Tank Inlet to Improve Efficiency and Quality"; Zhang Hong and Zheng Renmin from Shanghai Zhengyi Production Department were awarded the "Third Prize" for their suggestions on optimizing the visualization of automatic chamfering machines and ring mold repair machines; Chen Tianjiao from Zhengda Valley Rui Production Department, Zhang Wei from Zhengda Car Rental Business Department, Tang Wenjuan from Shanghai Zhengfu Finance Department, Zhang Wenyuan from Shanghai Zhengmu Engineering Department, and others were awarded the "Encouragement Award". Shao Dong and Lv Dong presented certificates to the award-winning individuals.
At the meeting, Li Yuewei from Shanghai Zhengcheng Department of Commerce and Wang Shengrong from Xinbaiqin Craft Department expressed their heartfelt thanks to the company's leaders and colleagues as award-winning representatives. Li Yuewei stated that a good rationalization suggestion is not only about accumulating experience in current work, but more importantly, about breaking away from fixed work patterns, trying to observe and analyze problems from different perspectives and angles, in order to discover more possibilities and opportunities, and generate more innovation. Wang Shengrong believes that this award is a great encouragement for himself, and he will pay more attention to every detail in production in the future, using small ideas to accumulate for the "great development" of mechatronics!
At the end of the conference, Mr. Shao shared the struggle of Zhengda Group and Zhengda Electromechanical Enterprise, and deeply analyzed the importance of rationalization proposals for the company's development. He emphasized that in the context of the Uka era, if a company wants to survive, it must constantly reflect on its system, revise its system, and evolve its system. This process requires the participation of every employee, especially frontline staff.
From August to September, it can be seen that the rationalization channels of Zhengda Electromechanical Enterprise have taken shape, but there are still shortcomings in innovation and value. Companies and departments need to further implement rationalization work, encourage employees, especially young employees, to speak freely about key, difficult, and hot issues, and upgrade from rationalization suggestions to project innovation, from rationalization suggestion recognition meetings to project innovation recognition meetings as soon as possible. Only in this way can Zhengda Electromechanical Enterprise's development become better and better!
