On September 27, the second China ASEAN Free Trade Agreement Upgrading Green Trade Seminar of the "the Belt and Road" International Business Officer Practice Teaching Base came to the G60 Science and Technology Innovation Corridor in the Yangtze River Delta, during which it inspected and communicated with Zhengda electromechanical enterprises. Officials from economic and trade-related government departments and corporate executives from ASEAN member countries such as Malaysia, Thailand, Myanmar, and Laos participated in the survey. Chen Wei, Vice Dean of the School of International Education at Shanghai Business School and Deputy Director of the International Business Officer Training (Shanghai) Base of the Ministry of Commerce, Jia Zhanfeng, Deputy Director of the G60 Joint Office and Director of the G60 Innovation Research Center, Dai Zhong, Director of the Songjiang District Investment Promotion Center, Man Yuanyuan, Leader of the G60 Joint Office Innovation Cooperation Group and Deputy Director of the G60 Innovation Research Center, and Ni Huali, Director of the Zhongshan Street Economic Service Office in Songjiang District, accompanied the survey.

Accompanied by the Songjiang District Government and relevant leaders of the G60 Science and Technology Innovation Corridor, the training group first visited the core area of the G60 Science and Technology Innovation Corridor in the Yangtze River Delta, gaining a deep understanding of its unique charm and development potential as an innovation source. Subsequently, the members of the training class arrived at Zhengda Electromechanical Enterprise and were warmly received by Tong Xuemei, the assistant to the chairman of Zhengda Electromechanical Enterprise, and Zhang Jianchuan, the general manager of Shanghai Zhengyi, along with an overseas team. They were guided to visit the Zhengda Electromechanical Enterprise History Exhibition Hall and Product Exhibition Hall, showcasing the latest achievements and technological strength of the enterprise in the field of intelligent equipment for agriculture and animal husbandry.

At the symposium, Director Jia Zhanfeng provided a detailed introduction to the overall development and future plans of the G60 Science and Technology Innovation Corridor in the Yangtze River Delta, emphasizing the importance of regional collaborative innovation and open cooperation. Director Dai Zhong comprehensively elaborated on the investment environment, industrial advantages, and supporting policies of Songjiang District, providing valuable investment guidance for enterprises in ASEAN countries. At the same time, Director Ni Huali also shared the business environment and industrial layout of the street, demonstrating the good trend of regional economic development.

As the focus of this survey, Zhengda Electromechanical Enterprise has received great attention from ASEAN training courses. Government officials from Malaysia, Thailand, Myanmar, and Laos have conducted in-depth inquiries about the development and overseas layout of the enterprise.

In her speech, Tong Xuemei first expressed her gratitude and welcome to the support and arrival of the Songjiang District government, ASEAN training courses, and business representatives. She affectionately reviewed the development process of Chia Tai Group in China. She introduced that, as the first foreign-funded enterprise to invest in China since China's reform and opening up, Chia Tai Group has always shared the same breath and destiny with China. Through decades of unremitting exploration and practice, she proposed a "four in one" new rural construction plan for the national rural revitalization strategy, namely, the "government+enterprise+bank+agricultural cooperative organization" model. This model, with farmers becoming rich as the core, effectively solved the capital, technology and market problems faced by farmers, and laid a solid foundation for achieving the goal of common prosperity and development.

Faced with the enthusiasm and attention of ASEAN officials, Tong Xuemei emphasized that as a mechanical and electrical equipment industry cluster under the Zhengda Group, Zhengda Mechanical and Electrical Enterprises has made significant achievements in the fields of intelligent manufacturing and the Internet of Things in recent years. By introducing cutting-edge technology, the company has successfully created multiple models of digitalized feed factories, breeding farms, and food factories, leading China's agriculture and animal husbandry industry into the modern Industry 4.0 era. This leap not only greatly improves the production efficiency and product quality of agriculture and animal husbandry, but also attracts many young talents to join, injecting new vitality into the sustainable development of China's agriculture and animal husbandry industry. At the same time, relying on the extensive global layout and brand influence of the group, Zhengda Electromechanical Enterprise actively expands overseas markets, especially in regions with broad development potential such as ASEAN countries, to carry out cross-border project cooperation. She expressed that Zhengda Electromechanical Enterprise is looking forward to working together with partners from ASEAN countries to promote the development of the world's agriculture and animal husbandry, and contribute to the prosperity of the regional economy.

Subsequently, the trainees of the training class and representatives of enterprises engaged in in-depth and enthusiastic discussions on topics such as technological innovation, industrial scenario implementation, enterprise going global, and international business cooperation. Representatives from parks such as Zhengtai Zhidian Port and Qidi Caohejing Science and Technology Park, as well as representatives from multiple enterprises, shared their valuable experiences and achievements in scientific and technological innovation and industrial cooperation, providing new ideas and opportunities for deepening economic and trade cooperation between China and ASEAN countries. Representatives from all parties spoke freely, and the atmosphere on site was warm and harmonious.

As an important member of the G60 Science and Technology Innovation Corridor, Zhengda Electromechanical Enterprise has received strong support and assistance from government departments at all levels in Songjiang District and Zhongshan Street during its decades of development. This inspection and research activity not only deepened the understanding and awareness of ASEAN countries towards China and the G60 Science and Technology Innovation Corridor in the Yangtze River Delta, but also provided more opportunities and platforms for local brands represented by Zhengda Electromechanical Enterprise to "go global". In the future, Chia Tai electromechanical enterprises will continue to play a leading role, closely cooperate with the G60 science and innovation corridor, jointly promote international exchanges and cooperation under the "the Belt and Road" initiative, and continue to contribute their strength and wisdom to the development of the world's agriculture and animal husbandry industry.
