On March 20, Shao Laimin, Senior Vice Chairman of CP Group Agri-Food China and Chairman and CEO of CP M&E Group, visited China Animal Husbandry Association (CAHA) and had an in-depth discussion with Secretary General of CAHA, Sha Yusheng, on the topics of promoting the development of animal husbandry industry as well as deepening the cooperation between the two sides. The leaders of the Secretariat of China Animal Husbandry Association (CAHA), including Wang Xiuyan, Wang Guoliang, Lv Shuyan, Yang Ping, and Zhao Yin, and the Vice President of Chengtai Electromechanical Enterprises (CME), Gao Tao, and the Assistant to the Senior Vice President, Li Meng'er, were present at the meeting together.

During the discussion, Mr. Sha Yusheng, Secretary General, expressed his warm welcome to Mr. Shao and his delegation, and expressed his gratitude for CP Group's long-term support to the work of the Association. Secretary General Sha introduced the organizational structure and functional positioning of the Association, especially the practical achievements of branches such as Intelligent Animal Husbandry Branch, Animal Husbandry Engineering Branch, Environmental Protection Branch, Logistics Branch, Laying Hens Branch, etc. At the same time, he also comprehensively sorted out the work planning of the Exhibition Department, the Standard Department, and the Chinese Livestock Media in the fields of industry communication, norm construction, and brand dissemination. Secretary General Sha invited the technical person in charge of Zhengda Group to be the editorial board member of the conference journal “Animal Husbandry Industry” magazine, and looked forward to carrying out more extensive and in-depth cooperation with Zhengda to jointly promote the progress of the industry.

During the meeting, the two sides launched a detailed and in-depth discussion on the development of group standards and cooperation in the fields of intelligence, engineering and logistics. The discussion enhanced mutual understanding and trust between the two sides, and built a solid foundation for future in-depth cooperation. Both sides agreed to take this exchange as a new starting point, continue to deepen cooperation, and jointly contribute to the high-quality development of China's animal husbandry industry.
