On February 24th, Shanghai Zhengyi Machine Engineering & Technology Manufacturing Co., Ltd. held a ceremony for upgrading the internal management of the enterprise and launching the Zhengyi Excellence Plan. The meeting was presided over by Liu Na from the General Manager Office, and the general manager of the company, Zhang Jianchuan, participated in the whole meeting through video link, while the executive vice general manager, Li Dong, and the production system expert, Pei Sai, attended with all the workers to discuss the development plan of the enterprise.

In 2025, in order to comprehensively implement the strategic goal of building a century of excellent enterprises, the Zhengda Group officially launched the global management system standardization project and introduced the Zhengda Excellence Management System with a unified logo, aiming to build a standardized management paradigm covering the whole industrial chain and drive its enterprises to achieve sustainable development.

As an important practice for the global promotion of Chint's excellence management system, this meeting centers on the three core tasks of “system foundation building, process reengineering, and standard upgrading”, and systematically plans the upgrading path of the enterprise's modernized management system through the strategic deployment, awarding ceremony, and thematic training. The meeting focused on building a management mechanism with clear authority and responsibility and efficient operation, reducing communication costs through the standardized construction of the system, and deeply integrating the concept of continuous improvement implemented by the Group into the whole process of enterprise operation, so as to inject new kinetic energy into the high-quality development of the enterprise.

01 Management Upgrade Multi-dimensional Strength 

Based on the requirements of Zhengda's excellent management system, the meeting decided to complete the sorting out of each department's system within one month from the meeting to provide a solid system foundation for the operation of the enterprise; at the same time, a special training program covering 18 business modules was planned at the level of capacity building. Each department strictly formulated its own promotion plan in accordance with the Group's standards: the production technology department focused on process optimization and standard parameter management; the human resources system focused on competency assessment and grass-roots management team construction; the marketing system deepened the analysis of customer needs; and the General Manager's Office coordinated the system revision and system improvement.

①Environmental innovation: implement a standardized system in accordance with the Group's 5S management standards to build a safe and efficient production environment;

②Equipment guarantee: implement TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) program, implement the Group's equipment management standards, and establish a staggered maintenance mechanism for key equipment;

③Quality building: docking the Group's global quality system, establishing the whole chain of quality control standards from raw materials to finished products;

(iv) Benchmarking: create a model production unit in accordance with the requirements of Zhengda's excellence management system, and set up a new benchmark in the industry.

02 Phase-by-phase implementation

According to the Group's standardization construction timetable, the system optimization plan will be completed before April 7 for demonstration, the final plan will be formed on April 17, and it will be fully implemented from April 21 onwards. Since the launch of the pilot in December 2024, under the coordinated deployment of Deputy General Manager Li Dong and the technical guidance of Pei Sai experts, and strictly following the implementation path of Zhengda's excellence management system, each department has established the trinity of promotion mechanism of “supervisor is responsible for, full participation in, and production guarantee”.

03 New picture of excellent development

The company has established three major basic projects: the construction of the Group's standardized system, the upgrading of the quality verification system, and the improvement of the continuous improvement mechanism. All the people of Shanghai Zhengyi will take the Zhengyi Excellence Manual as the program of action, and make steady progress toward the goal of building an industry benchmark enterprise through the comprehensive convergence of the management system and the Group's global standards.

This conference marks the official start of a new journey of management modernization for Shanghai Zhengyi. As an important part of the global standardization construction of the Zhengda Group, the enterprise will contribute practical examples to the Group's strategic goal of “globally unified management standards and sustainable development excellence” through the iterative upgrading of the management system, and jointly write a new chapter of high-quality development.
